JIASHAN STAROCEAN PLASTIC & HARDWARE CO.,LTD is one of the biggest manufacturer in China, we are professional in plastic products including coffin handle, casket corner, swing bar, crucifix , cross and other kinds of decoration.

Our factory is establish in 1997 year (Former name: Starsea industrial Ltd ) ,  and sited at Jiashan Zhejiang Province, which is 60km far from Shanghai City. Our plant is more than 6000 squre meter, there are 80 work staffs and 20sets of injection machine, which the capacity is from 160g to 500g, meanwhile we have two coating lines by vacuum metallzation, the color can be gold, silver, bronze or as per customerized.

Now we have more than 1000pcs of mould, and we have ability to develop and research the new products as customer demand. At present, the products were exported to South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria,  France, Ireland, Jamicia, Puerto Rico, Brazil and so on.

At begining, our factory was stablished in 1997, which named StarSea Industrial Ltd, which had 4sets of injection machine and 22 styles of plastic hardware, and it was the first company who did plastic hardware for coffin and casket in China.

Till 2003, we enlarged our production capacity and there were more than 100 styles moulds for funeral items and 8 sets of injection machine.

In 2005, we established the other factory which named SilverStar Plastic factory, which is used to supply high quality plastic casket hardware and have 4sets of injection machine.

In 2010, we have more than 500unit of mould which is used to produce the coffin and casket hardware, and there were 16sets of  plastic injection machine.

In 2014, we established an metal pipe workshop, it was used to produce the steel bar for casket corner and swing bar.

In 2016, we invest an factory which is professional in zamak coffin handle and crucifix in Wenzhou, named Leya Metal Co., Ltd, it not only produce the zamak arm for swing bar, but also it produce some zamak decoration for coffin.

Till the end of 2017, we already have more than 1000style mould and total 20 injection machine. And we established an joint venture company which named StarOcean(SOCH) Plastic & hardware Co.,LTD, at same time establish Starzan coating company in the same year, and make the color coating by ourselves

Now we are the biggest casket hardware company in China, who have the full sets of equipments to produce coffin and casket handle and hardware. We can offer the high performance products in consistent quality, competitive price, and punctual delivery time.

We supply high quality and competitve price funeral items such as coffin handle, crucifix, casket corner, coffin decoration and ornament, wooden or metal casket and coffin, funeral equipment, urns and others products related funeral products.

Now our factory main produce the plastic items and zamak artical, and we have some partners who have good business relationship with us, and we supply the products what they produce such as casket, coffin and some equipment.

As the new client, normally we suggest them to check the sample first before confirm the order. It's will be better for double side, first the client can check the quality and get more information from the sample, at same time, we can get the feedback for the client demand.

We have an standard export process, such as book the vessel, custom clearance and inspection by SGS or BV. And our shipping agent will be professional in the shipment or aircargo.
